It is an outpatient procedure with a numbing cream and no anesthesia or IV sedation. The spa suggests three to four sessions for the best results, with the number varying by patient, and it offers private consultations beforehand to recommend options and packages. Forma RF treatments use radiofrequency to stimulate collagen and are offered for the eyelids, forehead, jowls, nasolabial folds and neck. The spa describes Forma as a non-surgical option and says the device is FDA cleared. IPL photofacials address sun damage, pigmentation, rosacea, acne scars, age spots and visible blood vessels, and the spa says improvement can be seen within three to four sessions.

Facial services include DiamondGlow Express, a roughly 30-minute session, and the longer DiamondGlow Facial, which uses diamond microdermabrasion to exfoliate, remove debris and infuse SkinMedica serums. The spa recommends a DiamondGlow Facial every two to three weeks, with monthly treatments as an ideal minimum. Other options include classic facials, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, lymphatic drainage massage and microdermabrasion. New visitors receive 10% off facial services, and a first-time client special is offered at the first visit. Booking requires a $100 hold that is applied as a credit toward payment. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, or a $100 fee applies, and refunds are not offered once services are rendered.
