Every facial is customized to the client's skin. The studio builds a personal skincare plan after talking through each client's needs and concerns, and appointments are not rushed. Recommendations for products, treatments and home care take into account skin challenges, lifestyle, health and nutrition. Products are chosen for quality and effectiveness, and the studio describes its ingredients as safe and botanical-based.

The Standard Custom Facial is a 60-minute visit that includes cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions if needed, a light peel or enzyme treatment, a hydrojelly mask and a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. The Deluxe Custom Facial runs 90 minutes and adds gua sha lymphatic massage, an ionic serum infusion, LED light therapy and a foot scrub. The Glass Skin Ritual, also 90 minutes, uses Korean-inspired skincare with layered hydration and includes a pore cleanse, gua sha, ionic infusion, LED light and a barrier-finishing step. The studio notes it is best suited to dry, dehydrated, sensitive, reactive, compromised or menopausal skin and is not recommended for active acne or significant congestion.

The Glo2 Super Facial and its 100-minute Deluxe version use a treatment device that exfoliates, oxygenates and nourishes the skin. The Deluxe version adds double cleanse, lymphatic gua sha, RF microcurrent lifting, ionic serum infusion and LED light therapy. The Two Hour Front-to-Back Ritual, at 120 minutes, pairs a custom back facial with the Deluxe Custom Facial. Microneedling is offered per session for the face, neck or chest, along with series options, and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. Each session includes a cleanse, the microneedling and a hyaluronic or hydrojelly finish. Topical numbing can be added in studio for an extra 30 minutes. The studio's stated schedule is about every four weeks for a series, tailored to each client's plan.

Booking is by appointment. Hours are Monday through Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 5pm. A credit card must be kept on file and a non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and applied to the service. Clients should arrive on time, and early arrivals wait in the designated waiting room and send a text when they arrive. Guests, children and pets are not permitted. New clients complete an intake form, which is texted after booking, while existing clients are listed without one. Facials can be adapted during pregnancy, and clients should let the studio know when booking. Virtual skin consultations are also available for remote review of skin concerns and current products.

Each facial is tailored to the individual client's skin, and the studio builds a personal skincare plan after learning about the client's needs and concerns.
