For clients who are new to skin treatments, the Not Sure? booking starts with a review of skin concerns and goals before a Custom Facial built on medical-grade products. Peels are offered at several levels: a 30-minute New to Peels for deeper concerns, a Tween & Teen Treatment with at-home care education, and Advanced Peels, which are not available to new clients and may bring up to two weeks of downtime. Beyond the facial room, Keravive is a scalp and hair treatment with no downtime, offered on the crown and front hairline unless the provider agrees otherwise, and it is also sold as a series of three. Keratin lash lifts, eyebrow lamination, brow shaping and a full waxing menu round out the services. Skincare products, gift cards and two online ingredient checkers for acne and pore-clogging ingredients are also available.
