The facial menu runs from quick targeted treatments to longer sessions. Short options include a 10-minute lip treatment for dry, chapped lips, a 10-minute high frequency treatment, a scalp high frequency treatment, and a decolletage treatment that can be added to any facial or dermaplaning service. Mid-length options include a mini facial, a teen facial, a men's customized facial, a clarifying facial for acne, and a Pigment Correct facial, which the studio says gives a 17% reduction in visible hyperpigmentation after one treatment. The studio says the scalp high frequency treatment supports hair growth, helps balance oil production and helps with dandruff. PCA skin peels can be booked as a 45-minute service or added as a layer to a custom facial, and a series of three is recommended for the full peel. Dermaplaning is offered alone or combined with a facial, and the Red Carpet facial with dermaplane is the longest service at 105 minutes.

Waxing covers the chin, lip, cheek, neck, underarms, stomach, chest, arms, back, legs and bikini area. Hair must be at least a quarter inch long for waxing. Brazilian and bikini services are split by client history: the new client Brazilian is priced for first-time clients, the standard Brazilian bikini wax suits new clients or those waxing six weeks apart or more, and the repeat Brazilian bikini wax is for clients on a regular four-to-five-week schedule. These three Brazilian options are offered to women only.

Waxing of any kind is not performed for clients who have used Accutane, Retin-A or prescription tretinoin cream in the past six months, and dermaplaning is not recommended for people with PCOS or any thyroid condition. Facials are not performed for clients who have had Botox or fillers within two weeks before an appointment.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Wednesday and Friday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday and Thursday. Changes or cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead are free. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the total to the card on file, and a no-show, where the client neither calls nor arrives, is charged the full appointment value. If a card is declined for one of these charges, bookings are suspended until it is paid. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are offered.

Treatments range from fixed-length add-ons to customized facials, with peels and dermaplaning offered alone or combined into longer sessions.
