The studio describes its focus as skin health and aging well rather than anti-aging. According to the studio, the aim is for each client to leave feeling at ease in their own body. Comfort and a full-body experience are part of every facial. Each session includes a neck and shoulder massage, a scalp massage, hot stones, either Gua Sha or facial cupping, and hot towels. The studio states that its facials use no toxic ingredients or fragrances.

The Replenish facial is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute versions, and the 30 minute option is an express facial without extractions. Longer versions add enzymatic exfoliation, massage and cupping or Gua Sha. The SWiCH line is a multi-visit option, with a single treatment, a preview bundle and a three-treatment series that pairs each SWiCH session with a Replenish facial two weeks later.

The studio is on the second floor and the building has no elevator, and strollers are not allowed. Clients enter through the red door marked OFFICE. Visitor parking is near the entrance and at the rear of the building, and clients should avoid reserved spots. Online booking requires a 50% deposit that is held as a no-show fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and no-shows carry a fee. Arriving 15 minutes or more late means a full treatment cannot be guaranteed. Clients who are sick may reschedule at no cost, with new appointments set 10 days out.

The studio supports small, local, women-owned and privately owned businesses and the arts. Artists may show their work in the space and keep the full commission on their sales. Tipping is not required, and clients can show appreciation through reviews, referrals, gift cards, pre-booking or product purchases.

The studio focuses on aging well and skin health rather than anti-aging, with comfort and a full-body experience central to each facial.
