Appointments can be booked by phone, text or the online booking link. Every treatment starts with a consultation, and most facials run 75 minutes including that consultation. Injectable consultations take about 20 minutes, and treatment can begin the same day if a plan is agreed. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, wear a shirt that exposes the neckline, and bring ID and a credit card. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may be charged a fee. Parking is on the second floor, in front of Victoria's Secret and outside Belk.
The spa is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 10:00 to 17:30, and is closed on Saturdays. The space includes a lobby seating area, a reception desk, a consultation room, treatment rooms, a product display and a waiting lounge.
The spa says it has served more than 500 clients and holds a 5.0 rating on Google. It also sells professional-grade skincare for use at home between visits, from cleansers and toners to serums, eye creams and moisturizers.
