Clients stop all actives and acne medication for two weeks beforehand, then visits begin two weeks apart and become less frequent as skin clears. The program requires an initial home-care product purchase of $231 to $280, depending on skin, followed by ongoing replenishment.

Booking terms: a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead carry a $20 fee, and services totaling $50 or more are charged half the cost. No-call, no-shows and cancellations within two hours may be charged the full service price. Cancelling or rescheduling three appointments within six months means future appointments can't be held in advance and availability is checked at booking. Cancellations less than a week before a chemical peel also incur a fee. Deposits may be taken from first-time clients. Cash and credit cards are accepted, with a small fee for card payments. Referrals earn the referrer a $5 discount on their next service once the referred client completes theirs. Product purchases can't be returned, and the business reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
