Facials are grouped into several levels. The Signature Sōl Facial is the entry point, suited to maintenance or first-time clients. Other facials target acne-prone skin, dry or dehydrated skin, uneven tone and dullness, and texture and firmness. The Customized Sōl Experience starts from a Signature Sōl foundation and can be built out at Radiance, Deluxe or Platinum levels. Hydra Sōl Facial uses hydrodermabrasion to exfoliate, clear out impurities and hydrate, with little to no downtime.

Chemical peels come in gentle, medium and deep options. Gentle peels use mandelic, lactic or glycolic acid with minimal downtime. Medium peels are used for hyperpigmentation, congestion and uneven tone, and a follow-up facial is recommended within two weeks. Deep peels involve significant peeling and 7 to 10 days of downtime, and a post-peel follow-up facial is required. Microneedling is offered for fine lines, texture and softening acne scars. It is not performed on active acne and is designed to build over several sessions. The studio also shares example multi-month plans for hyperpigmentation and for texture and acne scarring.

Booking is online through the GlossGenius booking site. Most facials and treatments require a $50 deposit and a card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows carry a percentage of the scheduled services as a fee. A 7% sales tax applies to services, and a 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments. Gift cards are available.

Treatments are built around the individual client and draw on clinical skin knowledge alongside a whole-person view.
