Lash sets are listed by length and curl, so a visit can start from a specific look, from a short natural set to a wispy hybrid, a cat-eye or a full glam volume style. Brow options run from a natural wax with no tint or pomade, to a wax with a tint, to a tint with a dark brown pomade fill. A free patch test is recommended before a first brow tint or for anyone who has never used hair dye. Lash concerns must be reported within 72 hours with photos to qualify for one complimentary correction. Current students get 10% off lash extensions: high-school students with parental consent, and college students with current ID. A $10 birthday discount is sent within a week of the client's birthday, and a referral program and virtual loyalty card are offered. Lash discounts cannot be combined with each other.

Electrolysis is offered on the upper lip, chin, brows and sideburns, as well as underarms, bikini line, stomach, back, chest, legs, arms, fingers and toes. Treatment is not given inside the nostrils, in the ear canal or in the genital area. Appointments typically last between 15 minutes and an hour, and longer sessions can be booked. First-time clients get a complimentary consultation. The first visit covers a medical history review, an assessment of the area to be treated and a patch test. Each client is given a new disposable probe for their own use. According to the salon's site, permanent clearance usually takes 12 to 24 months, though some clients need more time. Clients under 18 can be seen with a parent's consent and a signed release form. Waxing should not be scheduled within 48 hours of applying retinol, salicylic acid or depilatory products to the same area.

Appointments can be made by calling or texting 678-265-0344, or through the online scheduler, which shows current prices. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday, 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. Sunday appointments are limited and may be available, so clients should call to confirm. A non-refundable booking fee is charged, with the amount depending on the type of appointment, and it is credited toward the service total. Rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance transfers the fee once. Changes made on shorter notice incur a $25 fee and a new deposit. Services under 15 minutes allow a 5-minute grace period, while longer services allow 15 minutes. Late arrivals are not given extra time at the end of the appointment or any discount. No-shows lose their deposit and are unable to book online. All services are non-refundable. Payment is due at the end of the visit and can be made in cash, by CashApp, Zelle or card. Money orders, gift cards and checks are not accepted. Retail products that have not been opened can be returned for a full refund within 15 days. Children under 18 and pets must be approved in advance to enter the suite. Phones should be kept put away during services unless the service has been paused.

Aims for each visit to leave clients feeling better than when they arrived, with self-care and stress relief treated as part of the appointment. Aftercare products for home use are recommended after lash, brow and waxing services.
