Visits start with a free 3D skin analysis that includes a complimentary consultation. There is also a free 15-minute facial consultation to suggest treatments, and a free body consultation before any sculpting. Treatment plans are built around each client's skin rather than a standard menu.

The acne program begins with a 90-minute consultation and treatment, followed by 60-minute bi-weekly sessions that may include cleansing, extractions, an acne peel, and devices such as LED, Cold Plasma, Cryo Facial, O2 Glass, or HydraDiamond. Clients use only the recommended home-care products while their skin is actively clearing, then move to maintenance treatments roughly every two to three months. Facial and body treatments are also available on their own, including HydraDiamond, a diamond-tip hydrodermabrasion facial that the business presents as its signature treatment.

Chemical peels require a consultation first so the esthetician can select the strength and formula. Clients who do not plan to wear SPF daily are advised against peels, and a post-treatment skincare routine is recommended. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee up to 24 hours ahead; missed visits or later cancellations are charged a fee equal to the deposit.
