New clients start with a New Client Consultation, an in-depth skin analysis that covers skin concerns, health history, diet, lifestyle and the current skincare routine. The consultation runs 45 minutes or more and costs $25. If the full recommended skincare collection is bought within 30 days of the appointment, the consultation fee is applied to it in full. New clients, and clients not seen in the past 12 months, must have a consultation before a chemical peel. Current clients seen within the past 6 months with an established peel plan can book a recommended peel directly.
The facial menu ranges from a short 30-minute Go & Glow Facial and three Spa Facial options to longer, more customized treatments. The Customized Facial, which takes 90 minutes, is built around each client and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, serums, a lip treatment, high frequency and red light therapy. Our Signature Facial is the studio's most in-depth facial, running 120 minutes and adding a longer facial massage, hand and arm massage, hot towels, an extended scalp massage with LED light therapy, cold ice globes and a jelly mask. The Glass Skin Dermaplane Facial removes dead skin and vellus hair from the neck up, and the studio says it leaves skin brighter and helps lighten scars. The Firming Botox Facial pairs a facial with dermaplaning for a firming, tightening effect.
Waxing is a large part of the menu, from quick 10-minute chin, lip, sideburns and neck waxes to full body waxing done with soft wax. Brazilian waxing is offered for women only in five options. The studio describes its Brazilian wax as hard wax that is hypoallergenic and fragrance-free. Lash Lift + Tint lifts and curls natural lashes for about 5 to 8 weeks with tint included, and can add an optional lip treatment.
Skin Care DNA Test is a non-invasive cheek swab that reports on skin's genetic strengths and vulnerabilities, including inflammation response, moisture retention and elasticity. It is run on-site by AccGen Diagnostics on the same day as a consultation or facial, and a hormone panel can be added. Clients can also be models for the studio in exchange for treatments at no charge or at a discount of up to 75%. Gift cards can be any amount and are collected in a short wrapped pickup appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling carry no fee with notice ahead of the appointment time. Late clients keep their appointment but it ends at the originally scheduled time, while appointments are canceled if no notice is given and the client is more than 15 minutes late. No-shows are charged 30% of the scheduled service before rebooking, and repeated no-shows may lose booking privileges.
