Treatments are customized to each client's skin at every visit rather than chosen from a fixed menu, and the studio describes its method as clinical-grade. A first-time visit is usually a 45-minute SET, which the studio offers at $99 instead of the usual $130 with no membership required. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for that first appointment and can settle into a pre-treatment space called the RE\SET Room before the treatment begins. The 45-minute SET includes a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, a sculpting facial with lymphatic massage, a custom mask, and finishing serums and moisturizer. The 90-minute SET adds advanced exfoliation and dermaplaning, a longer sculpting massage, microcurrent lifting and LED therapy with an intensive finish.

Beyond facials, the studio offers brow shaping, tinting and lamination, a lash lift with tint, a Korean lash lift, and waxing for areas from the lip and underarms to the legs. Enhancements such as dermaplaning, red LED, microcurrent and peel enhancements can be added. Peel options include a customized glycolic peel and a series of three PCA peels, and the studio says some clients may see flaking or peeling for several days afterward. According to the FAQ, most clients see improvement within one to two SETs and transformation takes three to twelve. The website displays a 5.0 rating on Google.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin at every visit, and most clients are advised to book a SET every month.
