Dana West founded Skin Secrets and works there as its owner and licensed esthetician. Facials are customized to each client's skin needs, and the business is built around individual goals rather than a single fixed routine.

Services fall into three groups: skin treatments, additional treatment services and waxing. Skin treatments run from a 30-minute Glow Facial and a 60-minute Glow Up Facial to a 90-minute Premier Glow Up Facial that adds microdermabrasion and a hydrogel mask. Peels include the Pro Power Peel Treatment and the Power Resurfacing Treatment, and a Botox Facial and a Breakout Treatment and Facial are also offered. Additional treatments include a Glow Backcial for the back, a Neck Fit mask for the neck and chest, a Pumpkin Mask and a Hydro Jelly Mask that is adjusted to specific skin concerns. Waxing covers lips, chin, brows, underarms and the full face, and a brow wax can be paired with henna.

Visits are simple to arrange. Walk-ins are accepted, appointments can be booked online, and parking is free. WiFi is available. Clients who cancel at least 48 hours before their appointment are not charged. The studio is not kid friendly. Gift certificates are available for hair removal and skin care, and pay over time is offered on orders of $50 or more. Hours are Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin and goals, guided by the owner's work as a licensed esthetician.
