The menu is built around nails. Nail enhancements include acrylic, dipping powder and several gel systems such as liquid gel, Bio gel, T.A.P gel and Gel-X, with fill-ins and full sets priced by the enhancement. Dipping powder comes in several tiers, from a basic dip to versions with tip extensions, French tips, an extra manicure or soak-off. Add-ons such as French tips, chrome, cat eye gel polish, nail design and length or shape changes can be combined with a service. Matching colors are offered across dip, gel and regular polish, though the salon notes they are as close as possible rather than exact.

Pedicures and manicures are sold as spa packages. Pedicures range from a classic option through deluxe, herbal, super deluxe and signature versions to 24K gold and luxury tiers, each built around a different scrub, mask, massage or soak. The signature pedicure has a choice of five fragrances. Facials are offered in a basic and a signature version, and waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, using high-quality wax that removes hair from the roots.

Kids services are available for children 10 and under, covering regular and gel polish changes, manicures and pedicures. Group parties of 8 or more guests need to be booked at least a week ahead with a $100 deposit, which is nonrefundable for no-shows; guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Walk-ins are welcome when a technician is free for the requested service. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and clients more than 5 minutes late may be moved to the next opening. A 2% fee applies to card payments and is itemized on the receipt, and cash payments receive that fee as a discount. Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted, but checks are not.

Sanitation is a core part of every visit. Tools are sterilized between clients, disposable items are used once and thrown away, spa liners are single-use, and equipment is cleaned before each appointment.
