The facial menu covers teen skin, men's skin, oily or acne-prone skin, redness from acne, rosacea or sensitive skin, and aging or hyperpigmented skin. Nanoneedling uses fine medical-grade needles to create micro channels that the studio says stimulate collagen and elastin, and the studio notes that mild redness usually lasts one to two days, with a series of sessions often recommended. SWICH Dermal Rejuvenation is offered as an alternative to a peel with no downtime. HydraFacial sessions come in several tiers, from the Back Treatment and Neck and Décolleté options up to the Deluxe and Platinum. The studio calls the Platinum its most comprehensive HydraFacial, and it begins with lymphatic drainage and includes a personalized booster serum and LED light therapy.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM, with Sundays closed. Clients book services through the services page, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service amount, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full reserved fee. Cancellations for illness or emergencies are considered case by case.
