Every visit starts with a personalized consultation. During that conversation the hair or skin is assessed, and the plan and price are confirmed before any service begins. The salon says it adapts techniques, treatments and product choices to each client's features, lifestyle and style instead of working from set templates. Colorists mix formulas by hand for each client's tone and hair condition, and check hair condition before any lightening.

The menu spans several areas: hair color and gloss, haircuts and styling with blowouts and waves, extension care and smoothing treatments, brows and lashes, microblading, waxing and threading, Hydrafacial and other facial and skin treatments, body and wellness massage, nails, event makeup and hairstyling, and laser hair removal priced by treatment area. Starting prices are listed by service, and the final price is set at the consultation. Pricing can shift with service complexity, hair length and density, product use or customization.

The studio is on NE 29th Street, positioned between N Miami Avenue and NE 2nd Avenue, and has a ground-level entrance. Metered street parking and free street parking are both found nearby, and a number of public garages are within walking distance. Opening times are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Mondays, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Tuesday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays; the studio is closed on Sundays. Consultation first: the hair or skin is assessed, a plan is agreed, and the price is confirmed before any service. Techniques and products are chosen for each client rather than from a standard template.
