The studio describes its approach as science-backed skincare combined with education and treatments personalized to each client. It calls its treatments luxurious and science-backed, and its aim is for clients to leave understanding how to care for their skin after each visit.

A first visit is the New Client Consult with Custom Facial, a 90-minute appointment for $175. It includes a consultation, a skin analysis, a customized facial, a home care audit and a recommended home care routine, with a follow-up email within 24 hours. The Signature RICH•UAL is a 60-minute customized facial for $135 that begins with a skin analysis.

To prepare for a facial, the studio recommends avoiding intense exfoliation, chemical peels, waxing or other aggressive treatments in the days before. Clients with facial hair are asked to avoid shaving for about three days before the visit.

The studio also runs an acne program called Clear Skin RICH•UAL. In-studio progress check-ins are 60 minutes for $100 and are for returning clients who have completed a New Client Consult, recommended every two weeks during the program. Remote options are a 15-minute Zoom check-in for $25 and a 15-minute text check-in, both of which require updated progress photos.

Other treatments include Diamond RICH•UAL microdermabrasion, a 90-minute diamond tip session for $160, along with the Refining RICH•UAL chemical peel at $160 and the 30-minute Radiance RICH•UAL peel at $175. Microneedling options include Green Sea Peel liquid microneedling for $225 and the Renewing RICH•UAL microneedling for $300.
