Michelle's approach starts with the mind. She says good skin care and personalized waxing depend on how a client feels, so each visit begins with a consultation followed by aromatherapy. She listens closely to how a client is feeling that day and works to get to know each person, aiming for care that goes beyond a typical salon visit. Her stated goal is for clients to leave feeling confident inside and out.

Facials are tailored to skin needs and come as quick or more in-depth treatments. Named options include an AGEsmart facial for signs of aging, a MediBac facial for acne and oily or congested skin, an Ultra Calming facial for sensitive skin, and a customized facial focused on treatment and relaxation.

Body waxing at the studio covers the brows, lip, chin, cheeks, face, ears, nose, neck, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, shoulders, fingers and sideburns. Clients with very sensitive skin can request sugar wax. The studio uses SE-Brazil waxes, in both soft and hard forms, bought from a local business that is female-owned, and it describes these waxes as premium. A basic bikini wax tidies the sides and the top edge. A Brazilian removes hair from front to back and can be shaped at the front into a triangle, a strip or a square. An extended bikini lets clients choose how much hair stays at the front. The booking page also lists a men's waxing category.

Tinting covers brows, lashes, or both, and can be combined with waxing in service combinations. Bikini and Brazilian series plans are sold at a discount and are valid for one year.

Each treatment begins with a consultation and aromatherapy, and the aesthetician pays close attention to how the client feels on the day of the visit.
