A visit opens with a skin analysis and a conversation about the client's history, goals and lifestyle. The serums, settings and modalities are chosen on the day, after that conversation, so the treatment reflects the skin in front of the provider. The studio says it does not upsell and does not run assembly-line appointments.
The signature treatment is The Reset, a 45-minute facial on the Bela MD+ platform, which the studio calls the most advanced facial platform available to licensed estheticians. The Reset Signature runs 60 minutes and adds MENS microcurrent and electroporation to the session.
For deeper work, the studio offers microneedling on the face, the face and neck, or the face, neck and chest. Dermaplaning, done with a sterile surgical blade, can be booked alone or paired with BioRePeel CI3 or microneedling, and the studio suggests it monthly as maintenance. Microneedling and combined treatments are recommended as a course of 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. A scalp protocol called Hair Restoration pairs microneedling with SERA mesotherapy.
Treatments are shaped around each client's skin and set up on the day of the visit, with no upselling and no assembly-line appointments.
