About

The business has five Louisiana locations: New Orleans Uptown on Freret Street, Metairie on Metairie Road, Slidell on Town Center Parkway, Mandeville in the Shoppes at Emerald Corner, and Gonzales in Heritage Crossing. Each location offers waxing for men and women, and the site lists men's back, chest and Brazilian waxing among the services.

The menu covers body waxing from arms and legs to chest, stomach and underarms, bikini and Brazilian work in several coverage levels, and facial and brow waxing. Brow tint is offered as its own service and as part of a waxed-and-tinted eyebrow bundle. Single-service prices are listed per location, and the Brazilian (V) at Uptown is 71 dollars single or 53.25 dollars per visit with a Wax Pass. Prices exclude sales tax and may vary by location.

Booking is done online through the business's site. Walk-ins are accepted when time allows, though booking is recommended to secure a preferred time. Mobile check-in is available. A guest who cancels less than 24 hours before a reservation, or does not show up, may be charged 50 percent of the scheduled service's total price. The Uptown, Slidell, Mandeville and Gonzales pages list weekday hours of 8am to 8pm and Saturday hours of 8am to 6pm, with Sunday hours that differ by location.

Guest ratings shown on the site are 4.9 stars from 1,213 reviews for Uptown, 4.8 stars from 1,391 reviews for Metairie, and 4.9 stars from 694 reviews for Gonzales.

Wax specialists are described as trained in a range of techniques and as giving each guest individual attention. The business says its services are open to any gender, skin type or hair texture.
