Treatment begins with diagnostics. A Speed Date is a one-on-one session of up to 45 minutes that covers a clinical skin assessment, lifestyle and skincare habits, and ends with a treatment plan. For a closer look, a 60 to 90 minute AI-powered imaging session analyzes hydration, texture, pigmentation and elasticity and gives a printed or emailed report. Plans are then built around the individual.

Services fall into several groups. Signature facials run from a 30 to 35 minute express facial to a 75 minute detailing facial that adds lymphatic drainage and needle-free mesotherapy. Peels include The Resetter, The Reverse, Peeling Me Softly and a hand peel. Regenerative treatments include Needlework microneedling, RF microneedling, PRF Glow using the client's own blood, cold atmospheric plasma and exosome options. Hair loss treatments combine scalp imaging with exosomes, microneedling or mesotherapy, with sessions weekly or biweekly and imaging each month to track regrowth. The clinic says hair loss improvements often begin around 6 to 8 weeks.

The Skin Wellness Program runs over 3, 6 or 12 months and combines functional labs, personalized skincare, supplements and coaching. The Essential program is $1,600, or about $550 a month for 3 months. Core is $2,900, about $500 a month for 6 months. Elevate is $5,300, about $450 a month for 12 months. Program prices exclude in-office treatments, which can be added at discounted upgrade rates. Payment can be made in full upfront or by monthly auto-pay split evenly with no interest.

A deposit of 25 to 50 percent is due when a booking is confirmed, and cancellations need 48 hours' notice for the deposit to be refunded. A late fee applies to arrivals more than 15 minutes late. Accepted payments are cash, e-wallets, bank transfer, and credit or debit cards. Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours and limit caffeine that day, avoid retinol and exfoliants for a few days, and avoid sun or tanning for a week.
