The facial menu uses certified organic skin care. Options include acne treatments, a teen acne treatment and a teen balancing facial, exfoliating and brightening treatments, a men's refining facial, vitamin-based and greens-based facials, and collagen-focused work. The studio says it specializes in acne, rosacea, aging, sun damage, hyperpigmentation and skin conditions more broadly. It describes its COSMOS Certified Organic Facial as hypoallergenic, ultra-hydrating and anti-aging.

Device-based options include OxyGeneo+, which combines exfoliation, oxygenation, product infusion and ultrasound, with a version that adds TriPollar radio-frequency. Oxygen infusion and nano infusion treatments are also available. CryoClear applies freezing to dead cells in the outer skin layer to treat age spots and sun pigment spots, taking about 10 minutes. LED phototherapy takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes, and it can be added to any facial or booked on its own. According to the studio, LED results generally build over six to eight sessions, scheduled a week apart, and are then kept up with monthly maintenance.

Back treatments include a hydrating back facial, an acne back treatment and a clay back facial with essential oils. Any facial can also be done on the back, which the studio notes may feel somewhat stronger. Add-ons for the eyes, lips and hands are available as well.

Massage therapy covers Swedish, deep tissue, sports, shiatsu, tui na, cupping, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, reflexology and reiki-based sessions, mostly offered at 60 or 90 minutes. Cupping can be added to any massage for an extra $10. Massage for a medical condition, especially after an injury or surgery, needs permission from the client's doctor or health care provider. Prenatal massage is offered after the first trimester with a doctor's release, and lymphatic drainage requires a doctor's note. FSA and HSA cards are accepted for massage, though tips cannot be paid with flex funds.

Booking rules: appointments are by appointment only and a credit card is required to book. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice by phone. A no-call, no-show carries a $50 service charge. Late clients may be asked to reschedule because appointments are time-based. New clients complete an intake form on their first visit covering medications and health history. Clients under 18 need a parent in the room for every service and a signed parental consent form. Gift cards and e-gift certificates are non-refundable.

The studio works holistically and uses only certified organic skin care to restore skin balance. Staff spend time talking through each client's concerns and explain what they recommend and why.
