The Préime Custom DermaFacial runs 60 to 90 minutes and blends five technologies in a single device adjusted to each client's skin. A HydraFacial lasts 45 to 75 minutes across three stages that cleanse, exfoliate, extract and hydrate. The Enerjia Signature Facial is designed following a skin assessment. Recovery sessions use private one-hour suites. Guests can pair an infrared or traditional sauna with a temperature-controlled cold plunge, and each session finishes with a Vitamin C shower infused into the water stream. The traditional cedar sauna runs at about 80 to 100°C with steam from rocks, and the infrared cabin at about 45 to 60°C. Mint-infused cold towels are provided. A session allows one guest for 60 minutes, and a Bring 1 Friend add-on is listed at $25.00. Guests are advised never to plunge alone in the building, and to skip the cold plunge if a physician has flagged their heart, rhythm or blood pressure. For a first visit, bring a swimsuit; hair ties and a bag for wet gear are provided.
The dedicated heated yoga studio offers six formats from 80°F to 110°F for all levels, and new guests are advised to start with Recover or Define. Each class ends with a cool peppermint towel. Yoga mats can be rented at the front desk, and rotating workshops cover strength, mobility, breath and balance.
