Booking usually starts with a complimentary 20-minute one-on-one video consultation. The aim is to find the right treatment and skincare approach, so clients don't pay for treatments or products that are unlikely to work for them. New clients complete a Patient Profile form before their first appointment.

The facial menu is organized around specific concerns. Age Defense addresses wrinkles, aging and fine lines. Clarifying Acne is for blackheads, whiteheads, cystic acne, pustules, papules and similar skin conditions. Ultra-Hydration is designed for dry or sensitive skin. The Skin Pretty Signature Facial is the most comprehensive option, meant to hydrate, brighten, smooth and balance the skin, and the business describes it as its most comprehensive, results-driven facial. The Pure Radiance Facial is also on the menu.

For a more relaxed visit, The Great Escape is a stress-relief facial that includes pampering treatment from head to toe. Build Your Own Facial lets clients customize their session with add-on treatments.

Appointments require a 50% deposit, which is applied toward the treatment at the visit, and deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling more than 72 hours ahead carries the deposit over to the new date. Cancelling less than 72 hours ahead or not showing up means a new deposit is needed to rebook. Payments made in full are non-refundable once booked.
