Chemical peels range from gentle superficial options, such as the Soft Touch Peel for thin, reactive or sensitive skin and the Couperix Peptide Peel for redness and rosacea, to no-downtime options like the Grape Peel Carboxy Treatment and the S Amino Peel. The Princess Shine Peel is a light to mid-depth peel with zero to three days of downtime and requires a facial consultation and facial first. The Timemachine Peel is a two-visit series with seven to ten days of downtime and requires at least one Princess Shine Peel beforehand. A post-treatment kit is required after it and costs $35 if the current home care is not approved by the professional. Collagen induction therapy is offered with plant stem cells or with sterile freeze-dried triple helix medical collagen, with pricing varying by option.

Brows and lashes include brow tinting, brow lamination, lamination with tinting, shaping with wax, lash tinting, lash lifts, and lash lift with tint. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, with a range of options from small areas to full legs and a men's Brazilian. Waxing is not done on sunburned, irritated or open skin or over moles, and clients should wait at least seven days after a light chemical peel or microdermabrasion before waxing. Memberships give monthly access to one facial at a set tier with discounts on other services and products. Level II and Level III members have 24/7 skincare coaching.

Booking policies include a $100 deposit for appointments longer than one hour, paid by invoice when booking online and applied to the service or product payment. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice; late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit or incur a 50% surcharge on the original treatment price. Late arrivals may have sessions shortened, and clients are charged for the full session. New clients receive 10% off their first visit, and clients earn credit for referrals. Gift certificates can be purchased by call, text, email or in person. Packages of three or six of the same facial are available at a discount and are paid up front.
