The lash menu includes natural and intense extension sets and fills, a cluster option, a lash lift, a cleanse and removal service, and a touch-up. Natural sets place handmade fans of 8 to 11 hairs on 25% to 60% of natural lashes. Intense sets use handmade fans of 10 to 25 lashes in .05 or .03 diameter on most natural lashes, and the studio describes this full set as a dramatic, dark, bold look. Fills need enough natural lashes remaining to keep the set in place, and a fill with less retention is charged as a full set.

Booking starts with a $52 non-refundable deposit sent by Zelle or Apple Pay, of which $50 goes toward the service and $2 is a transaction fee. The deposit must arrive within 24 hours of booking or the appointment is canceled. The balance is paid in cash on the day, and paying by Apple Pay or Zelle adds a $10 convenience fee. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, a deposit can be used once to reschedule, and same-day cancellations or no-call, no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Appointments booked within 48 hours, between 6pm and 9pm, or outside posted availability carry a $50 squeeze-in fee.

House calls carry a $200 minimum and are arranged through direct message. The exact address and instructions are sent by text or email 24 hours before the visit. Guests are not permitted at appointments, including friends, children and partners, and clients are asked to arrive without makeup or mascara for lash services.

Lash length and fullness are matched to the condition of each client's natural lashes, and lash health is not traded for a fuller look.
