Every visit starts with a one-on-one consult to talk through goals, look at the skin and set a plan. The $150 skin consult includes a personalized routine and treatment plan, and that fee goes toward products or treatments booked at the appointment, or toward provider time if nothing is purchased. The first consult is free at the Alpharetta, Austin, Charleston, Franklin, Houston, Plano, Raleigh and Southlake clinics. Clients meet with a board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and the providers have specialty training in cosmetic dermatology. Injections are performed by board-certified providers.

The treatment menu is described as intentionally curated, with a stated aim of natural-looking results and avoiding over-injection. Providers recommend only treatments they consider supportive of long-term skin health and build each client a custom plan with product recommendations. Appointments can be booked online.
