The practice began in women's health care and now also treats men. Dr.

Gynecologic care covers annual well woman exams, menopausal and hormone management, contraceptive care, and management of painful, heavy or irregular periods and other menstrual disorders. It also includes polycystic ovarian syndrome management, follow-up for abnormal pap smears, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, and breast cancer genetic testing.

Weight loss care starts with a consultation to determine whether a patient is a candidate for weight loss injections. Eligible patients complete lab work before therapy begins. Treatment includes weekly injections, monthly follow-up visits with a provider, balanced nutrition planning, guided exercise recommendations and medication management when appropriate. Hormone optimization is offered to women and men and treats testosterone, estrogen, progesterone and thyroid. Treatment uses Biote pellets placed under the skin during an in-office procedure, usually repeated every three to five months depending on the patient. New patients complete a health assessment and bloodwork before a provider reviews the results and creates a care plan. Biote Nutraceutical supplements can be used alone or alongside the pellets.

The practice also offers whole body IV therapy, with signature drips made from vitamins, minerals and electrolytes. Telemedicine is available for gynecological, women's health and weight loss needs. Marriage and family counseling and individual counseling are offered as well.

Omega Aesthetics is the practice's in-house medical spa, with Dr. Paschall as medical director. A nurse injector and an aesthetician staff the spa. Services include neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, a biostimulator filler, platelet rich fibrin, several laser and light treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, customized facials, dermaplaning, brow lamination, waxing and an acne program. The spa sells medical grade skin care from Epionce, ZO, SkinMedica and Face Reality. A complimentary aesthetics consultation can be booked by phone.
