Facials use Eminence Organic Skin Care, which the spa says contains between 70% and 95% organic ingredients. Facials include an enzymatic peel in place of extractions. Specialty facials range from an Ultimate Eye Lift to a Diamond Micro Ultrasound Facial, and the spa also sells Eminence and Obagi skincare for home use.

Massage is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions with licensed massage therapists, with side-by-side sessions for two, prenatal massage with a doctor's release, and add-ons such as hot stones, cupping and LED light therapy. Massage guests receive robes, slippers and a locker. Massage and facial guests can use the complimentary sauna, which is not steam. A Relaxation Lounge serves cucumber water and snacks.

Sugaring is performed by a sugarist with more than 10 years of experience, using a paste made from sugar, water and lemon. Waxing is offered for brows and legs only; other listed areas can be sugared on request. Airbrush tanning uses a DHA-based solution with no dyes, and the formula is customized to each client's skin type.

Hours are Monday to Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and closed Sunday. Bookings take a deposit per service and require a consultation form before arrival. Gratuity is accepted in cash only. Services are open to ages 13 and up, and minors need a parent or legal guardian present who signs the service release form.

Organic skincare is central to the menu. Facials use an enzymatic peel in place of extractions, and the spa offers needle-free NANO facials as an alternative to microneedling.

The setting includes a Relaxation Lounge serving cucumber water and snacks, and the Organic Body Scrub includes a private in-room rainfall shower and steam session.
