Clients are seen one-on-one in a small studio, and each person's treatment is built around their own skin. The studio's aim is to help clients understand their skin health through education, and product recommendations are given when a client asks rather than pushed. The studio states that every staff member is a licensed skin therapist, and men are welcome for facial treatments.

The signature ProSkin 60 is a 60-minute customized facial that targets several concerns and includes a free face mapping; it is the studio's most popular service. Both can be paired with Celluma LED light therapy or PureLift Pro micro-current facial sculpting. Facials involve no downtime, while peels leave the skin somewhat red. Clients are asked to stop alpha hydroxy acids, beta hydroxy acids and retinol at least seven days before a service, and a facial about once a month is recommended, with monthly ProSkin 60 membership options available.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost of the service booked. Waxing requires hair at least a quarter inch long. LED light therapy and PureLift Pro are not suggested for clients with epilepsy or who have seizures, and PureLift Pro is also not suggested for clients with metal implants or a pacemaker.

Each client receives a custom treatment plan developed during one-on-one time in the studio, with an emphasis on learning about their own skin.
