The clinic takes a multidisciplinary approach to acne, pairing skincare with advice on diet, lifestyle and hormonal balance rather than relying on prescriptions or harsh chemicals. A first visit is a 90-minute new client session, offered in person or virtually. In person, it covers acne type and triggers and ends with a starting plan and an extraction-focused treatment, priced at $275. The virtual version, at $250, covers the same ground and adds customized wellness and skincare coaching.

It begins with the new client visit, followed by five sessions that combine treatment and coaching, with unlimited add-ons, nutritional and lifestyle coaching, and skin diary tracking. Participants can message Elise May directly on weekdays, and the program includes the Clear Skin School online course. Optional lab testing is available at cost.

Individual treatments for returning clients include the Acne Detox Treatment, a 40-minute session with a double cleanse, a cacao enzyme mask, pore extractions and a custom exfoliant, priced at $175. Light therapy and natural microdermabrasion can be added, at $195 each, or combined for $215, with the longest session running 45 minutes or more. The Acne Detox Program is a six-session plan over about 90 days aimed at hormonal acne. Virtual acne coaching at $165 is available for program graduates and returning clients.

Clear Skin School is an online acne course with eight modules of educational videos and 30 days of email coaching content, priced from $97 to $236 depending on payment option. Packages save 10 to 20 percent on treatments, with three-treatment and six-treatment options that include add-ons. The clinic accepts HSA and FSA cards and offers payment plans. Services are generally not covered by traditional insurance, but the clinic can send an invoice for HSA reimbursement. Cancellations under 72 hours for a new client or first program visit, and under 24 hours for other visits, incur a full service charge.

The clinic also sells its own skincare line, including cleansers, exfoliants, serums, masks, moisturizers, sunscreens and clear skin kits. Products are formulated to be non-comedogenic and are marketed as acne-safe and non-toxic. Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
