Before a waxing appointment, the studio advises letting hair grow about 3 weeks after shaving, and it recommends 4 to 6 weeks between waxes. Afterward, exfoliating about a week later followed by a light moisturizer is advised to help reduce ingrown hairs. Clients can sign a digital waiver online. Cancellations need 24 hours notice by call, text or online, and a 50% fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations.
