Skin Meld is owned by Kirsten, who says her interest in aesthetics began in 2014. Her background includes work for large corporations, small practices and plastic surgeons, and she describes her approach as personal and selective.

A visit begins with a conversation about what the client is concerned about. Kirsten then builds a treatment plan around those goals, and she says she will not recommend a product or treatment a client does not need. Bookings can be made through the online booking page, or by calling or texting 602-418-8881. Clients can also email info@skinmeld.co.

The menu centers on PDO threads for non-surgical lifting of the face, neck, brow, jaw and body, plus collagen threads for smaller areas. The practice uses FDA-cleared PDO Max threads, which are placed by thread-in-cannula. Other offerings include Restylane and Juvéderm fillers, Botox or Dysport neuromodulators, Sculptra and Hyperdilute RADIESSE biostimulators, microneedling, and the PDO AfterGlo skin booster.

PDO threads are absorbed over four to six months, with face-lift results lasting up to eighteen months. Neuromodulator results build over several days and last three to four months. Hyperdilute RADIESSE results can be seen from four weeks and last up to nine months, while Sculptra results are usually seen around six weeks and can last up to two years. After PDO threads, mild bruising, swelling or tenderness may occur for up to two weeks.

Individualized planning with restraint: treatments are recommended only when they are needed, and the owner's stated aim is work that goes undetected.

Dermal filler for cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, marionette lines and temples, using Restylane and Juvéderm, with starting prices from $600 to $1,600 depending on area. Filler dissolve is offered for migrated filler or to replace older filler and is not initially injected by Kirsten.
