The practice builds a personalized plan for each patient instead of selling one service in isolation. Its Skin Roadmap moves through four phases: Analyze, which is a consultation covering skin history, goals and lifestyle; Strengthen, which focuses on the skin barrier; Correct, which addresses visible concerns on the surface; and Build, which targets deeper structure, including collagen stimulation. Advanced treatments such as BBL HEROic, MOXI laser or microneedling come after the barrier work.

A first visit is usually a Skin Journey Consult, where the team assesses skin and discusses concerns and goals. Separate consultations cover injectables, laser treatments and laser hair reduction. Services include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, a range of facials and chemical peels, DiamondGlow, microneedling, laser hair removal, skin tightening, vascular laser treatment and waxing, eyebrow and eyelash services. Electrocautery treatments are booked by phone only. The office is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and select Saturdays are by appointment only.

Two membership options run on a monthly basis. The Acne Membership, at $99 a month, includes a monthly Uptown Clarifying Facial, member pricing on extra acne facials, chemical peels and Forever Clear BBL treatments, a complimentary LED session, discounted retail skincare, home skincare guidance and progress tracking with before and after photos. The LUXVIP Membership, at $195 a month on a 12-month commitment, provides a monthly credit toward facials, laser treatments, skincare and packages, with unused credit rolling over, along with discounts on retail products, injectables, skincare treatments and laser treatments. Clients can also earn Allē rewards points on qualifying peels, SkinMedica products, injectables and other advanced services with a free Allē account.
