Rather than working from a standard menu, the clinic builds a customized plan for each client around their skin concerns and goals. It says it pairs current treatments and technology with professional expertise. First-time facial clients receive skincare routine recommendations, and the clinic sells skincare products for purchase in the clinic. Clients say the team follows up after each treatment.

The facial menu includes a customized deep cleansing facial that runs 60 minutes and combines cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, high frequency and a mask. Chemical peels range from a Level I peel to a Skin Renewal Peel, and there are spicule peels that involve no physical peeling. The Perfect Derma Peel is a medium-depth peel that requires a consultation before booking and involves about 7 days of downtime. Microneedling is offered with collagen induction therapy or with stem cells, both including LED light therapy. Acne Bootcamp pairs a consultation with a treatment, and the clinic shows before-and-after photos for it.

Laser hair removal uses an Aerolase laser system and is priced by body part, from $50 to $460. A consultation is required before a laser session, and treatment usually takes a series of 6 to 12 sessions spaced about 4 to 8 weeks apart. Package pricing is available for full laser series. Electrolysis treats each hair follicle individually with a fine probe. The clinic describes electrolysis as the only FDA-recognized permanent hair removal method, suitable for all hair colors and types. A first electrolysis appointment, including consultation, treatment and a free tube of numbing cream, costs $109, and sessions run 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes at $45, $70, $95 or $120.

Appointments are required. The clinic is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. A non-refundable retainer applies to all appointments and is credited toward the balance. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and a no-call, no-show or last-minute cancellation is charged 50% of the scheduled amount plus taxes. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early, with a 10-minute grace period after which late arrivals are charged in full and the appointment is shortened. Purchases and services are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges. Major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Klarna and Affirm are accepted, along with AfterPay and Cherry financing for treatments and packages over $250.
