The space is set up with relaxation in mind, and each service is adjusted to the individual client's skin needs.

Facials make up a large part of the menu. The Advanced Facials are built around particular concerns and include Signature, Anti-Aging, Acne, Back, Teen and Red Carpet options. Signature is suggested as a monthly maintenance visit, while Red Carpet combines deep cleansing, dermaplaning, oxygen infusion, a stem cell nano-infusion, a firming mask and lifting massage, with little to no downtime. The Diamond Glow facial is an 80-minute dermabrasion done with 3X1 technology and SkinMedica Pro-Infusion Serums, with no downtime. The studio says Westchester Magazine named it best facial in 2021.

The medical treatments include BioRePeel TCA peels, made with an Italian-made 35% TCA solution that causes minimal skin shedding, and an Intimate version for sensitive areas. Ultra Laser MD is a fractional laser listed for mild to moderate age spots, freckles, sun damage, actinic keratosis and pigmented lesions. Sessions run 15 to 30 minutes with low downtime and mild redness afterward, and a provider may apply numbing cream first. Neurotris microcurrent treatments use low-level electrical impulses for facial and body toning, with no pain, swelling or downtime. Candela 1064 nm laser hair removal sessions take about 80 minutes and are usually booked as a series of 6 to 10 every 4 to 8 weeks before maintenance every 6 to 12 months.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, craniosacral, prenatal and lymphatic drainage massage. Prenatal massage is not recommended during the first trimester. Dermaplaning, lash and brow services, and massage are also offered as add-ons to other visits.

The VIP Skin Membership costs $599 a year and includes a $100 spa credit, 10% off services and skincare and retail products, one complimentary enhancement with each facial and two during the birthday month, and double loyalty points on one visit a month. Loyalty rewards earn one point per dollar on eligible services and treatments, with 500 points earning a $25 reward and 1,000 points earning a $50 reward. Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, or 50% of the service is charged.
