Touchd Medical Spa

Touchd was founded by Sheneka Dalmage, a nurse practitioner with more than two decades in healthcare, including hospital work, who set out to bring clinical care, aesthetics and wellness together in one practice. The medical spa is on North Avenue in New Rochelle and is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Wednesday hours running later and Sundays and Mondays closed. Clients can call (914) 278-9029.

Visits begin with a consultation to talk through concerns and goals before any treatment plan is suggested. The business says it aims to enhance natural features in a way that feels authentic to each person, and describes its treatments as conservative, natural-looking and never overdone.

The menu covers a wide range. Aerolase laser therapy is offered for acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, unwanted hair, fine lines and uneven texture, with treatments starting at $199. Injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers and wellness injections, are aimed at softening fine lines and restoring volume, starting at $275. Facials and skin rejuvenation are tailored to each client and start at $150, and IV vitamin therapy with antioxidants starts at $150. The business also lists HydraFacials, microneedling, PRP and PRF treatments, chemical peels, medical weight management, hair restoration, waxing and massage.

Spa parties come in adult and kids versions. Adult parties need at least six guests and come in Signature and Luxe packages, with exclusive use of the spa and a facial for each guest. Kids parties are for guests 12 and under and come in Little Signature and Little Luxe packages, with a gentle, age-appropriate Mini Glow Facial rather than corrective or advanced treatments. Medical add-ons are available only to eligible adult guests and may require consultation and clinical clearance. TOUCHD Academy also offers hands-on medical aesthetics training and certification in New Rochelle for licensed estheticians and nurses, including courses in medical facials, neurotoxins, laser, chemical peels and PRP. Completing a course does not guarantee employment, licensure or authority to work outside a participant's scope of practice.

Membership is $189 per month and includes one monthly skin treatment, which can be a customized facial, a laser facial or monthly IV vitamin therapy, along with a complimentary antioxidant injection each month and 10% off other services or skincare products. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment and is applied to the service cost at checkout. A valid card must be kept on file, and at least 24 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule, with late cancellations forfeiting the deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the appointment, and sales of services, packages, memberships and products are final. Financing is available through Cherry, a payment plan provider, and gift cards are offered.
