The menu is organized around four areas: facials, brows, threading and waxing. Facials begin with a skin analysis and a consultation, and each one is tailored to what that analysis shows rather than following a set routine. The Luxe Skin Reset Facial is a 60-minute, 10-step treatment with deep cleansing, an enzyme mask, extractions, high frequency, serums, a treatment mask, moisturizer and SPF. The Gentleman's Skin Reset Facial is built for men's skin and adds beard and goatee steaming to cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions and facial massage. The Lymphatic Drainage Facial relies on manual lymphatic massage to encourage circulation and ease puffiness, and it includes extractions, high frequency and a full sequence of masks, serums and SPF. The business suggests most people do well with a facial every four to six weeks.

Brow services include Brow Lamination, which sets brow hairs into a fuller, more uniform shape and can include optional brow mapping, and Brow Hybrid Tint, which includes brow mapping and a custom color selection. Threading covers the brows, upper lip, chin, forehead and full face, and it is offered as an alternative for clients who cannot have brow, chin or upper lip waxing. Waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, underarms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas, and men's back and chest, with a men's beard and chin wax also listed.

Waxing services require intake forms before the first treatment. Waxing is not recommended for clients who are using Accutane or topical retinoids such as retinol or tretinoin, or for clients whose skin is compromised or irritated. Every appointment except evening appointments ends with broad-spectrum SPF.

Facials are hands-on esthetician treatments built around each client's skin analysis, and brow work is designed to suit the shape of the individual face.
