For facials, a dermaplane treatment takes about an hour and removes dead skin and fine vellus hair; the studio says it suits all skin types. A back facial treatment is also offered. For the bikini area, there is a Vajacial treatment, a hydrogel mask used on the pubic region and bikini line after hair removal, and a Brazilian wax and vajacial bundle.

Brow tinting, brow tinting with waxing, and brow lamination are offered alongside a lash lift. The brow tint can last up to four weeks, while lamination and lash lift results can last six to eight weeks. Waxing is priced by area, from small spots such as the upper lip and chin to full arms, full legs and full body sessions.

The studio is open Thursday and Friday from 2:30 to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed Monday through Wednesday. Major credit cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay are accepted, and full payment is due when the service is finished. Cash payers should bring the exact amount because change is not kept on hand.

Special appointments outside regular hours require a non-refundable deposit equal to the full service price. Clients need to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a five-minute grace period applies. Repeated no-call, no-show missed appointments can end booking privileges and discounts.

Before a visit, clients are asked to let hair grow at least three weeks, exfoliate beforehand and again 48 hours after waxing, and avoid shaving between appointments. Sun exposure, tanning beds, baths and hot showers are to be avoided for about a day around a session, and waxing should not be done on sunburned skin. Additional guests and children are not allowed in the suite during service, and minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who signs the intake and consent forms. Clients are advised to book their next visit about four weeks after each service.
