Facials start with an initial consultation of about 70 minutes that includes a skin analysis and a conversation about the client's current routine and goals. From there, three $85 facials are offered: a brightening option built around deep hydration for radiance, a clarifying treatment that deep-cleanses for blackheads, clogged pores and uneven texture, and an anti-aging facial that uses specialized products and techniques for fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin. Facial bookings require a $25 deposit.

Brow and lash services include brow lamination, a semi-permanent treatment that sets brows in a defined shape, and a lash lift that curls natural lashes without extensions. Booking both together is the most popular choice at the studio.

Waxing is done with hard wax, with 13 options starting at $10 and sessions of 10 minutes or more. Brazilian waxes are offered to female clients only. Clients who come in often can choose Heaven's Brazilian Wax Club, a monthly membership starting at $55 that includes one Brazilian wax and one wax add-on per appointment, or the Angels's Brazilian Wax Pass, starting at $45 with one Brazilian wax a month.

Booking policies ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 30% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the same 30% fee.
