Waxing makes up most of the menu. Hard and soft wax are both used, with the choice depending on the area, and soft wax is described as gentle on the skin. Services cover body areas, female and male intimate waxing, facial hair and full body waxes. Full body waxes need a 50% deposit at booking and may be split between two estheticians. Services are gender neutral, except where anatomy calls for a different technique, time or supplies. Waxing guidance is to avoid waxing, shaving or trimming for three weeks beforehand, with hair about the length of a grain of rice.

Brow work runs from a basic clean-up and tweezing to the Elixr Signature Brow, which includes a consultation and full mapping with a white pencil, and Brow Rescue, which covers shaping, a regrowth plan and guidance on makeup concealing. Brow tinting, lamination and combinations with waxing or lash services are also available. Lash menus include classic and volume full sets, half sets, fills, lash lifts and tints, and extension removal. Full lash extension appointments require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup and five minutes early, and a restroom is available for makeup removal before the session. Foreign fills, meaning fills on sets applied by another studio, are usually not done unless a free consultation comes first.

Facials include hydrojelly, peel, microdermabrasion, a customized bespoke facial, a Vitamin C image facial, an acne-focused facial and dermaplaning. Peels are offered in glycolic, pumpkin enzyme or vitamin C enzyme options. Many facials include a neck and shoulder massage. Body facials cover the back and bikini area, and a hydrojelly mask can be added to Brazilian waxing. Clients taking skin-thinning products or antibiotics, or who have had recent peels or cosmetic procedures, may be steered toward tweeze-only brows or dermaplaning instead of facial waxing.

Appointments are booked online or by phone and held with a debit or credit card. Cancellations or reschedules made by call or text at least 24 hours ahead carry no charge. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the total service cost before discounts, and no-shows are charged the same plus an 18% gratuity for the esthetician; these fees are non-refundable. Arriving more than five minutes late may mean the full service is not possible, and arriving too late counts as a no-show. Walk-ins are accepted when space allows, though calling ahead is recommended. A gratuity of 18% to 20% of the regular service price is customary, at the client's discretion. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Venmo, but not Apple Pay or tap-to-pay. Hours vary by location and may change, so the booking site shows current availability.

Services are gender neutral, with technique, time or supplies adjusted only where anatomy requires it. Free consultations are offered for brows and lashes when clients are unsure which service fits.
