A visit begins with a conversation and a skin assessment. Nicole Rox combines an expert assessment with science-based guidance and selects home-care products suited to each client's skin. Education is part of every appointment, and the studio describes its work as grounded in skin physiology, technique and ongoing education rather than a traditional spa approach.
The Skin Longevity Treatment is a 75-minute facial that can include extended facial massage, lymphatic techniques, and microcurrent, LED light therapy or dermaplaning when the skin needs them. The studio says it is the most popular starting point. New clients can book a Skin Discovery Session, and the Skin Reset Program runs over twelve weeks with four in-studio visits and a closing maintenance plan.
Pilates is taught privately and by appointment, with no rotating instructors, on original Balanced Body equipment. Options include one-on-one sessions, duets, equipment orientation and monthly memberships, which carry a three-month minimum and then continue month to month. Virtual skincare coaching is held by video or phone and is open to clients nationwide.
Skincare is planned as a course of care grounded in skin physiology, technique and ongoing education, with consultation and home-care product recommendations rather than a standard spa menu. Pilates sessions are personalized and follow the same thinking as the skincare work.
