About
Nicole Rox works as a skin therapist and Pilates instructor at Skin Fit Rox, and also teaches Pilates at her own boutique studio in Edmonds. She holds licenses as an aesthetician and skin therapist in Washington, California and New York, and has spent more than twenty years in skincare and wellness.
Earlier roles took her to wellness retreats in Europe, luxury hotel spas, and aboard The World by ResidenSea, a private mega yacht. For several brands endorsed by Forbes Travel Guide, she served as a national development educator, teaching spa staff about skin physiology, ingredient chemistry and therapeutic technique. Her training covers wellness and injury prevention in Europe, bodywork in Germany and Switzerland, and comprehensive Pilates; she is a Balanced Body Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor.
Facials are tailored to each client and can include lymphatic techniques, while corrective plans address age management, skin renewal and acne support. Her bodywork centers on fascia, and she carries Pilates principles into full-body treatments. Pilates sessions focus on body mechanics, fascia health, injury prevention, programming, core integrity, joint stability and long-term balance. Her clients include people new to skincare, those concerned with aging or acne-prone skin, and men who prefer a no-nonsense approach.
