Every facial includes boosters and modality treatments at no extra cost, so a visit can add steps such as ultrasound exfoliation, high frequency, extractions, gua sha massage or contrast therapy without a separate charge. Add-ons like the HydroFacial upgrade, LED light therapy, oxygen infusion, dermaplaning and a neck and décolletage treatment can be added on top. A first facial is free for new guests who are 18 or older and live locally.

The spa provides facials suited to a wide age range and to varied skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. Teen acne sessions are open to clients from age 12 upward. Anyone under 17 must bring written consent from a parent or legal guardian, which is completed on site at the spa. Men can book a gentlemen's facial, and according to the business, these treatments address concerns common to men, such as razor irritation, clogged pores and aging. Series treatments like teen acne sessions or TCA peels are typically scheduled every one to two weeks, while general facials are generally spaced three to four weeks apart.

Opening hours vary by location, but most spas are open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Monday, with the Papillion spa also open Wednesday through Sunday.

Memberships have a six-month commitment, then continue month to month, and are non-refundable. Groups can book Glow Parties for bridal or bachelorette events, birthdays and friend gatherings, with a facial for each guest at a chosen location.
