New clients, and anyone returning after a year away, begin with a one-on-one skin consultation. A new client consultation with treatment takes an hour or more and covers skin analysis, steam, cleansing, extractions, a masque, a scalp massage, and finishing serums, moisturizer and sunscreen. Clients complete a consent form ahead of their visit. For those who cannot come in, a $30 virtual consultation runs 30 minutes by video and ends with a skin care plan emailed afterward; it is open to US residents.

Acne care is a central focus. Acne treatment starts at $170 and runs about 50 minutes or more, and the studio says its products and protocols are designed to calm inflammation and reduce breakouts. Monthly acne-focused treatment is open to clients who have completed an initial acne consultation. Elevate Your Treatment add-ons, starting at $50, can be added to facials and include dermaplaning, facial massage, a professional peel (excluding BioRePeel), a HydroJelly mask, high frequency, and Celluma light therapy.

Brow and lash services range from a $45 brow shaping and maintenance visit to the $220 Signature Duo, which pairs a lash lift with tint and a choice of brow lamination or hybrid brow sculpt, with an aftercare kit and a complimentary lip wax on request. Essential Glow ($125 per month) and Signature Glow ($155 per month) memberships include member pricing on brow and lash services. Signature Glow focuses on corrective treatments and includes an Initial Skin Strategy Session valued at $215, plus 10% off retail products and gift cards. Memberships require a three-month minimum, members can gift one monthly treatment every four months, and the number of memberships is limited.

Before a visit, clients are asked to avoid waxing or shaving, vitamin A, tretinoin, exfoliants and direct sun on the face for at least one week, and injectables such as Botox or fillers for three to four weeks. A complete home routine from the online shop typically runs $100 to $250 plus shipping and tax, and most individual products are about $30 to $70. Unopened physical products can be returned within 7 days for a full refund, with a 20% restocking fee after that. Bundles must come back complete, digital products are non-refundable, and customers pay return shipping.
