Many visits are arranged as group events, where providers bring treatments to a guest's home, office, or another indoor space with a flat surface. Group events are offered for bridal parties, birthday celebrations, corporate wellness gatherings and girls' nights in, and tox, dermal filler and chemical peel treatments are available at these events. Groups of four or more receive special event pricing on tox appointments, and each guest a group refers earns a $100 credit.
Before any treatment, a consultation and consent step is completed. Dermal filler requires a virtual consultation ahead of the appointment and takes about 30 to 45 minutes, while tox and chemical peel appointments usually take around 15 minutes. The listed cost of each procedure is stated to cover all costs, and no tip is required or expected. Cancellations are asked to be made with 48 hours' notice.
For ongoing care, providers suggest rebooking every three to four months and follow up with each guest after a treatment. The skincare side of the practice includes prescription options for acne, anti-aging, rosacea and skin brightening, along with a skincare quiz that builds a routine for the customer's skin. A weight loss quiz is available to help determine whether GLP-1 medication may be suitable. New patients receive 10% off their first service.
The company describes its providers as board-certified medical providers, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physicians. Consultation and consent are completed before treatment, and providers follow up with each guest afterward.
