Planning comes before treatment. Injectable clients must have a consultation and a personalized plan first, with no exceptions. The Personal Plan Consultation covers skin, anti-aging, hormones, weight management and preventive care, and Personalized Transformation Plans are offered to current and new clients who want a customized plan focused on healthy aging.

Appointments are booked in advance, and clients are encouraged to schedule their next service before leaving. Walk-ins are limited. Reminders arrive by email or text the day before. First-time clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and complete paperwork, while returning clients arrive 5 minutes early. Anyone running more than 15 minutes late needs to reschedule.

The menu spans injectables, laser treatments, laser hair removal (offered to clients 16 and older), facials and chemical peels, broad band light and microneedling with radiofrequency, and a hormone program built on pellet implants. Pre-teen and teen facials are also offered for younger clients.

Plans are built around each client before any treatment begins, with the aim of natural injectable results and no overfilling. The business says all treatments are performed by certified, licensed and experienced professionals and that it uses FDA-approved technologies and products.
