Facials range from a customized facial suited to first-time clients, which usually includes a double cleanse, light enzyme exfoliation, extractions and a hydrating mask, to longer signature treatments such as the Skin Chic Facial, a 1.5-hour session with dermaplaning and LED light therapy. For acne, the signature program is Acne Bootcamp, a customized series of gentle acne peels recommended for all types and severities of acne. It includes a personalized home skincare routine with a review of diet and lifestyle, and it asks clients to commit to treatments and skincare every 2 to 4 weeks. Clients already under a dermatologist's prescribed treatment cannot book it. For body acne, an acne body peel is available, priced by area.

The business offers a range of chemical peels and microneedling. SkinPen microneedling is described as collagen induction therapy, and the business says its SkinPen device is one of the only FDA-approved microneedling devices. It is not offered to clients with active acne. The BioRePeel uses 35% TCA, is recommended in a series every 7 to 10 days, and includes dermaplaning.
