Angelique Melbourne, a licensed esthetician, owns the studio. Every service is by appointment, booked online or by phone. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 7pm and on Sunday from 9am to 5pm.

Treatments start with a regimen fitted to each client's skin, and the studio puts time into teaching clients how to keep their skin healthy. Facials are described as addressing acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitive skin, and skin affected by aging or sun exposure. Teens ages 12 to 18 have a dedicated facial that includes skin care education.

The signature facial is a Dermalogica Signature Facial, a custom-blended 60-minute treatment that begins with skin analysis and ends with protection. Hydrafacial options come in three levels, from a 45-minute Signature to a 90-minute Platinum, and lip or eye add-ons can be added to them. A Keravive scalp treatment is offered as a single session or a series of three. Chemical peels are offered at light to moderate strength only, and the Pro Power and Micro Peel are not available to first-time clients.

Waxing is offered for women and men on the face and body, with hard wax used for the face, underarms and bikini area and soft wax for the legs, arms, back and chest. Clients need hair about half an inch long and should not shower or bathe beforehand. Waxing is not offered to clients taking Retin-A, Accutane or any acne prescription, and a consultation or medical questionnaire is completed before treatment.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full appointment, and late arrivals may have their session shortened while still being charged in full. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, and clients can join a VIP list for promotions, waxing and facial specials, and skin care tips. The studio is a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals.

Treatments are built around each client's skin type and concerns, with an emphasis on teaching clients how to care for their skin.
