The 60 minute facial is a full, customized session that combines cleansing, a peel and mask, facial massage, and hand and foot massage. A 90 minute version adds lymphatic drainage using a Gua Sha technique. Back facials are also offered, along with dermaplaning, which exfoliates the skin and removes dirt and vellus hair. Facial enhancements are available, with details given at booking.

Waxing covers everything from the brows, lip and chin to underarms, half and full legs, full arms and forearms, and the bikini, Brazilian and back areas. Clients who take any prescription medication are asked to consult with Tess before hair removal. Tess takes time to explain waxing and how to maintain results between visits.

Lash and brow services include a vegetable-based brow tint that enhances brow shape and gives the look of a thicker brow, and a vegetable-based eyelash tint, each typically lasting about three weeks. Clients wearing contacts should bring a contact case for the eyelash tint. A lash lift curls lashes for typically six to eight weeks, and results vary by client. TrueBrow is an in-salon brow design and restoration program, which the salon describes as the world's first of its kind.

Each facial starts with a discussion of the client's concerns and regimen, and the products are chosen from there.
